When Your Town is the End of the World.
This album is broken up into four parts.
The first is You and I which is a song cycle. It is a fable about a boy and a magical beast who he befriends and is later betrayed by.
Popalectric is a song cycle about WPIE-AM Pittsburgh an imaginary Top 40 radio station in Pittsburgh, Pa in 1975.
All God's Children Got Guns is a song cycle about an aging gun fighter's last days facing a younger gun.
There are also several stand alone songs on this album.
